About Me

I'm an honest and enthusiastic Real Estate Consultant.  I also own my own business, Collison Realty LLC.  Collison Realty was started by my father-in-law, Dayle back in 1965.  My husband, Pat and I purchased the company in 1990 after my first daughter was born.  Pat passed away 4/1/05 and I took over the reins and have been making people's dreams come true ever since.  I have a lovely office in a remodeled Victorian Style house that is located in the heart of lovely Parkland at 303 121st ST. S. I would love to have you come by sometime and visit.  Just call me at 253-531-8303.

I have 4 children.  My oldest, Cassandra, is 19 and has been married since 6/08. I have twin girls, Ally (Alexandria) and Michelle who are 17 and an 11year old boy named Tony.

It is so great to be able to communicate with my friends from high school after all these years!  Thanks to Gary Cantu for his leadership in the Reunion Committee.

I have a special place in my heart for my friends from high school.  If you ever need any real estate help or info I hope that you will think of me as a trusted resource. Julie

Hey Julie that sounds like fun. I will give Deb a call to see when it is. Have you set a date? I should be available, though I do have some things going on in the next couple weeks. Sorry I missed the Homecoming. Sounded fun. Frances

Julie, I didn't think you remembered me. I remember you very well, thanks for the response. It sounds like your doing very well. I see your collision signs many times over the years I never new. From your picture it looks like your quite the singer, hopefully you can share your singing with all of us at the reunion. In regards to Janet, unfortunately we don't talk often. But I have made the effort regardless thru other sources to encourage her to be there. Janet was a good mom and good wife for 19 years. I hope she would decide to come because loved her High school years at Lincoln and made so many friends. Julie, I look forward to seeing you and all of our classmates that made our high schools years so much fun.

Hey Julie, do you remember my husband, Raul? He was an exchange student in '78. He remembers you as one of the first people he met!

Hey Julie,
Wow 30 years, it sure has been a long time. I am sorry to hear about your loss.
I see you are in the real estate business, I work for a real estate company here in Virginia
(Re/Max Premier) I also work for a property management company as well. Same owner for
both companies. The market is kinda rough right now, but we are seeing it pick up a
bit here. Keep in touch.
Take Care Melody

Jules, I WILL be there at the 30th. I always knew that Mike could have been gay.....it was just one of those things "we know". So, what I meant was that i asked Trudi if she still talked or had seen you or Eileen Miller, Betty, and all those other crazy girls, and she said you guys had gotten back to talk after quite a few years. I didnt mean to start anything.....just wondering why? LOL Cant wait to see everyone! Me

Hey Julie, i was so sorry to read of your losses on your profile. I hate cancer too. It took my Mom, Sister, Dad, and nephew. I just survived it in October and sometimes i feel like saying "why couldnt they have done it also" but I dont ask those kind of things. Congrats on your business. I went into Real Estate for a while here in California.......then CRASH went the market and economy. It is great to see you on here......and I am so glad you and Trudi got back to talking after such a long time........she told me you guys hadnt seen each other or something. Hope to see you in August.......Richie

Thank you for the kind words and yes I plan on going to the reunion. Keep up the good work for Relay For Life. I just remodeled Eugene's American Cancer Society main office. It's a great organization. Have a great day!

congratulations!!! Sounds very exciting and very rewarding. Owning ones own business has lots of benefits, rewards and personal satisfactions. I love being able to meet my customers needs and trying to wow them with high quality with a quick turn around time. I'm a General contractor specializing in commercial construction doing tenant infill's, from concrete work all the way to finish work. I'm hoping to add Interior designing to it as well. Good luck and keep them happy!
